What it is
Energystore TLA is a cement-bonded EPS bead system. We mix it on site in the same plant as the screed, then pump it into the void. It self-levels, cures in 24 hours, and gives you a solid working surface for the screed pour above.
Aeromix poured insulation replaces PIR boards in a modern build-up. It flows, levels, and fills every gap around pipework. No cutting, no offcuts, no thermal weak spots.
At a glance
Flows around pipes and into every corner. Nothing to cut, nothing to skip.
PIR cuts always leave gaps. Poured insulation doesn’t.
We pour the insulation and the screed on top in a coordinated sequence.

Anywhere you'd normally put PIR or rigid foam boards. Ground floors over a slab, between joists on suspended floors, around buried services. It's especially good where the build-up has lots of pipework or a tricky shape.
Cut boards always leave gaps where the heat finds a way out. Pouring fills every gap. Less labour on site, no offcuts to skip, and a thermally continuous layer under the slab.
We can pour the insulation alone, or follow up with the floor screed in a single visit. Either way you get one team, one batch reference and one sign-off.
On floors, yes. It's not a wall or roof product. For floors with UFH build-ups, it's usually a better answer than PIR boards.
Yes. At 0.040 W/mK it performs similarly to mid-range PIR boards. We can provide product data sheets for your SAP or building control submission.
24 hours minimum, 48 hours is comfortable. We usually coordinate the two pours so the screed goes down without a return visit.
Two minutes online and we’ll come back with a number.
